description:
Letter to President William Goodell Frost from Katharine S. Bowersox; Bowersox is responding to the contract she is supposed to sign and return, specifically regarding her title and job responsibilities. She feels that the letter insinuates that she is not on the same level as other Berea College staff members. She then goes on to discuss the work she does for the college and how she is on call at all hours of the day. Other issues mentioned are her support of Union Church, her countless letters written to girls to persuade them to return to Berea, and also her stays after commencement has occurred. This letter is sent with respect but Bowersox still gets her point across about what she feels she deserves.
